The exhibition explores how bodily, social, and digital infrastructures shape our actions, relationships, and understandings of ourselves. Through the works of artists, collectives, and other forms of intelligence, it raises questions of identity, power, care, and interdependence. Here, infrastructures are not merely a backdrop but active environments that shape our desires, experiences, and possibilities for living together.
More about the exhibitionThe CAMPORUM DESERTORUM exhibition explores the identity of the steppe through the eyes of those who live there, thus transcending imperial cartography. At the same time, the project serves as a metaphor for the stereotypes that outsiders most often create around various peripheral zones from fear, superiority, or exoticization. The exhibition challenges these perspectives and gives a voice to those who have long remained invisible in their own Camporum Desertorum.
