From the banks of the Dnipro in Ukraine to the Elbe in the Czech Republic, the exhibition traces trajectories of displacement, resilience, and artistic response amidst political upheavals, war, and systemic transformation.

This concept raises several questions: In what context must bodily disfiguration be presented to trigger the "uncanny" effect? More about the exhibitionThe short audio essay Echo Interval, a site-specific sound walk, takes the audience briefly out of the House of Arts to return them to the gallery in an altered sensibility. Composed from site-specific field recordings and spoken word, the audio is in a way an exercise in listener perception.
